We believe that Early Watch, direct access to tables SB1 custom reports on SQL stored procedures or updates should be respected. For this reason, we recommend you create separate database – something like SB1Customizations and then set based Crystal Reports, SQL views or stored procedures to third Crystal Reports SQL side. If you are new design in Crystal Reports, you may want to play with new report building wizard, and if your report is really simple, something like with all business partners with specific flag should then CR-wizard do the work. However, if you are looking for professional SB1 CR, you should consider, based on either SQL Stored Procedure (the most effective way that allows you to provide temporary tables for intermediate data aggregation), or SQL Views.
